Overview
Service Designer
Help shape the future of support.
Every day, people take the first step towards positive change. The experiences they have along the way can make all the difference.
At Change Grow Live , we're reimagining how support is designed, delivered and experienced, helping more people access the right support, sooner. We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to join our Change and Transformation Directorate and play a key role in shaping that future. This is an opportunity to turn insight into action, redesign experiences that work better for everyone and help create services that improve outcomes while creating more time for care.
The Opportunity
At Change Grow Live , we see possibilities in every person.
Guided by our values of Be Open, Be Compassionate and Be Bold, we're working towards a simple ambition: reaching people sooner.
As part of our established Service Redesign Team, you'll work on transformation programmes that improve how support is accessed and delivered across a national organisation. You'll bring together the perspectives of people who use our services, frontline colleagues and stakeholders to design solutions that are practical, inclusive and evidence-led.
One day you might be facilitating a co-design workshop. The next, mapping a service journey, testing a new idea or uncovering insights that reshape how we approach a challenge. Whatever you're working on, you'll help create services that are easier to access, easier to deliver and more effective for the people who rely on them.
Most importantly, you'll see the impact of your work in the lives of the people we support.
Responsibilities
You'll Thrive Here If...

Career Pathway
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing transformation function at a pivotal point in its journey.
Whether you're looking to deepen your expertise in service design, broaden your experience across innovation and organisational change, or develop towards future leadership opportunities, you'll find the support, exposure and opportunities to help you grow.
You'll work on high-impact programmes, collaborate with talented colleagues from across the organisation and help shape the future of support at Change Grow Live .
Why Join Change Grow Live ?
