Director of Platinum Member Experience & Connections
Reports to: COO / Member Success leadership
Location: Remote, United States - national scope — occasional travel as needed
Part-time leadership opportunity
The Club
CEO Life is a private invite-only membership community built for CEOs, founders, and leaders who want more than a network.
We're not a mastermind. We're not a leads group.
We're the room where ambitious people actually want to be — happy hours and business round tables, fine dining and theatre, courtside seats and concerts, and destination trips worth traveling for. Rooted locally. Connected nationally. Built on the belief that trust forms first, and opportunity follows naturally.
Membership is by application and invitation only. What we're building in every city is simple: Gather. Grow. Give.
Role Summary
The Director of Platinum Member Experience & Connections owns the relationship between CEO Life and its highest-tier members. This person makes sure every Platinum and Platinum Plus member feels personally known, fully onboarded, and consistently receiving the perks and access their membership promises. Over time, the role expands to own member success and member-to-member connections across the full community.
This is a relationship role first and an operations role second. Success looks like Platinum members who renew without hesitation because they can name the value they got — and the person who delivered it.
