TITLE: Senior Director of People & Culture REPORTS TO: VP of Human Resources LOCATION: Remote EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Exempt Employee At Career Team, our mission is to empower one person, start one career, and serve one family at a time.

Our vision is bigger. We're building the modern infrastructure powering America's workforce.

And we hold ourselves to a simple standard: a company that helps people build careers should be a great place to build your own. We're growing fast, and growth stretches every system and every person. As our Senior Director of People & Culture, you'll partner with our leaders across the business to shape what comes next, and you'll drive the programs, systems, and culture that get us there. Our people are the most important part of our organization, and you'll be at its center.

What You'll Own

Strategy, built together. You'll partner with our leaders to shape the People & Culture strategy for our next chapter, and you'll drive the programs and systems that bring it to life.

Room to grow across the talent lifecycle. We're hiring hard across every function and the bar is high. You'll help sharpen how we attract and hire great people, with room to take on more of the talent lifecycle as you deliver.

A voice in the big decisions. You'll work alongside leaders across the business on org design, compensation, succession, and high-stakes people decisions. You bring a point of view, you push back when it matters, and you leave the room with alignment.

The programs that make a company work. Performance, compensation, career pathing, leadership development, engagement. These are the tools leaders use to build great teams, and ours need to scale with our growth. You'll bring the frameworks and implement them well.

Culture with intention. Culture doesn't scale on its own. Ours is real, and it matters here. You'll help strengthen it as we grow: values that show up in decisions, traditions that hold across a distributed team, and honest conversations when we drift.

Why This Role

We change lives. And the work compounds: better talent means better delivery, and better delivery means more lives changed.

We're growing fast , and growth creates opportunity. The people who help build this chapter grow with it.

We're big enough to matter, small enough to move fast and constantly innovate.

Who You Are

A people leader who's grown through scale. You've seen what breaks as companies grow quickly, and you've built the programs that are right-sized for the next chapter.

Strategic and hands-on in equal measure. You shape the big picture and sweat the details that make it real.

A genuine executive presence. You hold your own in a room of senior leaders.

Candid and warm at the same time. You have the direct conversations, and people leave feeling respected.

Deeply comfortable with the HR operations in a multi-state environment. Compliance, benefits, HRIS, employee relations. You've built these or led the people who have.

Hungry for a hard job. Rapid growth makes real work . You know that going in, and you want it.

The mission pulls you. Helping people build careers is work you want your name on.
