HR Manager

Lifestores is looking to hire an HR manager who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate should care deeply about enabling people’s success & have experience managing key aspects of HR, including org chart planning, recruiting, performance management & reviews, promotions, team engagement, career planning, and staff exits.

What do you need to do to be considered successful?

You would lead all aspects of HR for Lifestores’ own stores & OGA pharmacy teams, including defining a recruitment plan for the next year to meet the company’s growth goals, hiring top-quality talent that upholds our high standard, ensuring high team morale, utilizing technology where possible to support the HR function, developing new policies, and maintaining a robust HR system.
