The role requires practical familiarity with construction, civil engineering, site development, or land development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reviewing public development records, communicating with technical professionals, using AI tools to support research, and maintaining accountability for project follow-ups and deadlines.

Evaluate whether identified projects align with the organization's construction services and target markets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project pipeline records.
Follow up with estimators and project managers on outstanding tasks, agreed deadlines, and next steps.
Identify stalled opportunities and overdue actions and escalate significant delays to management.
Provide concise weekly updates highlighting priority projects, pipeline progress, and outstanding commitments.

Record project locations, development stages, permit status, estimated size, priorities, assigned team members, and next actions.
Ensure records are accurate, complete, consistent, and accessible to relevant team members.
Prepare regular reports on research findings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline activity.
Stakeholder and Public Agency Communication
Research project information through municipal, county, planning, zoning, and permitting systems.
Contact relevant public agencies when necessary information is unavailable online.
