We are seeking a mid-level attorney (4–7 years of experience) who is ready for more than just another associate role. Many talented litigators reach a point where they realize partnership at their current firm may be years away or not realistically attainable.
This opportunity is designed for attorneys who are ready to step into leadership and build toward partnership in a collaborative, quality-over-quantity caseload environment. You will work closely with the firm owner on complex employment litigation, while also having the opportunity to help shape case strategy, mentor junior attorneys, and participate in the growth of the firm.
