Practice Management Implementation Specialist

This is a remote position.

The Practice Management Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our New York Customers. This includes gathering requirements, writing specifications, and testing scheduling, billing, clinical, and reporting features tailored to the unique needs of behavioral health providers.You will work closely with customers and the development team to ensure requests are captured accurately and delivered successfully. This role is well suited for someone who works carefully within defined standards, documents work thoroughly, and can move steadily between customer needs, system requirements, and implementation follow-through.
