Overview:
The leading bank in the European Union and a leading international player is seeking an Application Support that will be integrated into the Application Production Support team and will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and performance of critical business applications in production environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in application support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, deployment processes and platform observability. The consultant will collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure and external service providers to guarantee service continuity, optimize platform performance and implement long-term solutions aligned with ITIL and DevOps best practices.
