About the Position

The Compensation & Benefits (Comben) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs that support the company’s business strategy, talent attraction, retention, and performance culture. This role partners closely with leadership, People Business Partners, Finance, and external vendors to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and operational excellence in rewards programs.
