Under the general supervision of the Business Operations Leader, the Technical Assistant is responsible for processing the workflow of the Northeast Support Team.
How You Will Contribute:
Correspond with Brokers, Underwriters and Underwriter Assistants via Teams/email to respond to questions, investigate and resolve issues, and follow up on outstanding items.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Operations Team and Underwriting Teams.
