Demonstrate inclusive and supportive behavior, contributing to BrandActive ’s core values of trust, agility, and growth, commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, (EDI), humanity, and wellbeing.
Qualifications and Experience
This role is for someone who thinks about Growth Operations holistically—how an integrated sales and marketing team works together, how priorities move across functions, and how the right processes, systems, information, and operating rhythms enable the team to perform. It is not a traditional Marketing Operations or technology-focused role; while tools such as HubSpot and project management platforms are important enablers, the focus is on improving how the broader Growth team operates.
You might not tick every box, but if you meet most of the qualifications and are excited about the role, we’d love to hear from you. We value potential, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
Strong project and program management skills, with experience translating strategic priorities into structured plans and coordinating multiple workstreams through execution.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive clear ownership, decisions, and follow-through.
Strong ability to manage up by anticipating needs, proactively surfacing risks and decisions, and providing leadership with clear visibility into progress and priorities.
Experience shaping and improving project management systems, processes, and ways of working to increase team effectiveness and reduce friction.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead productive meetings and working sessions across teams and levels of seniority.
Highly organized and process-minded, with strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to identify roadblocks and bring forward practical solutions.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to consolidate information, identify meaningful insights, and support data-informed decision-making.
Comfortable working across CRM, reporting, project management, and collaboration platforms; experience with HubSpot and using automation or AI to improve workflows is critical.
