InfoSec Operations

• Ensure execution of the InfoSec roadmap.
• Own access management governance together with relevant teams.

• Build one operating model for HelpDesk, Jira and InfoSec.
• Define and manage priorities across teams.
• Build clear roadmaps and regular reporting.
• Manage team performance and development.
• Improve cost efficiency, license utilization and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with business units and infrastructure teams proactively.

What we expect from you:

• Experience managing IT operations, HelpDesk, infrastructure or similar technical service teams.

• Strong analytical thinking: metrics, dashboards, service analytics, cost efficiency.
• Strong service delivery mindset: SLA, ticket flows, service quality, backlog management, prioritization, CSAT.
• Good communication with business teams, non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience managing InfoSec directly or working closely with security teams.

• Step 6: Job Offer!

What we offer:

• 28 business days of paid off.
• Flexible hours and the possibility to work remotely.
• Medical insurance and mental health care.
• Compensation for courses, trainings.
• English classes and speaking clubs.
• Internal library, educational events.
• Outstanding corporate parties, teambuildings.
