Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related.
- Proven experience in a Training and Development role
Proven experience with MerSeta & Services Seta
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
