We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our growing online Insights Community

Major responsibilities headings:

• Community Support – Responding toqueries and concerns raised by community members
• Community Wellness - Assessall member interactions and processes. We need to become more member-centric tokeep them happy and engaged
• Community Research - Conductsurveys of members to identify pain points and opportunities. This will includeassessing our rewards structure
• CommunityGrowth and Expansion – Assisting with campaigns to grow the Jamaican communityand expand to other countries
• Project Enquiries – Responding to businessenquiries for new projects
• 2Degree of Supervision received:
• Moderate, success in the role requiresinitiative and problem-solving
• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Requirements

• Solidorganizational skills, agility and time-management
• Strong client-facingand teamwork skills
• An ability toprepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• StrongCommunication skills
• AssertiveManagement and problem-solving skill
• Project Management Certification is a plus.
