Contract Manager (Legal Team)

Blue Matter is building out its legal function, and we're looking for a Contract Manager to own the day-to-day contract lifecycle across the firm. This role handles NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and settlement agreements — and more broadly, anything transactional in nature that supports the General Counsel's work.

This is a hands-on operational role with real ownership over a high-volume contract process at a growing, PE-backed life sciences consulting firm. It does not require a law degree or bar admission — it requires strong judgment, precision, and the ability to work independently against an established playbook. Key Responsibilities
