Technical Presales Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business and technical requirements in KSA and UAE
- Design and propose suitable technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and statements of work.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with technical and functional inputs.
