This role comes with high ownership and the opportunity to directly influence both technical direction and product experience. What You’ll Work On• Backend systems powering logistics, dispatch, and real-time operations • APIs that connect partners, mobile clients, and internal systems • Optimization of routing, scheduling, and service efficiency • Performance, reliability, and scalability of production systems

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design and build scalable backend services and APIs

• Develop and ship features end-to-end with strong ownership
• Debug and resolve production issues across multiple layers of the stack
• Optimize database queries, caching, and system performance
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to solve real-world problems
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies where appropriate

Required Experience

• Strong backend development experience
• Hands-on experience building APIs and production systems
• Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end
• Ability to debug issues across services and layers
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to quality
