The Role

BeyondTrust is seeking a Senior Staff Software Development Engineer to set the technical direction for the NHI Governance domain within our Pathfinder products. As one of the most senior engineers on the team, you will own architecture across the domain and its integration with our shared platform substrates, drive our hardest technical bets, and establish the standards, interfaces, and patterns that other teams build on. You will lead the server-side loop — discover, assess, and remediate non-human identities (service accounts, workload identities, secrets and keys, and AI agents) across cloud and on-premise environments — and act as a force multiplier across engineering, solving complex identity and security challenges at
