About Better Impact
At Better Impact , we believe technology should make it easier for organizations to do meaningful work. Our software helps nonprofits, hospitals, government agencies, and other organizations manage their volunteer programs, streamline operations, and strengthen community engagement.
Backed by The Brydon Group, Better Impact is growing, and we're looking for thoughtful, collaborative people who are excited to help our members get the most out of the technology they use every day.
About the Role
We're looking for a Member Implementation Advisor to help new members successfully launch and adopt Better Impact software.
In this role, you'll be part trainer, part problem-solver, and part trusted guide. You'll work directly with new members to understand their goals, navigate implementation, and build the skills and confidence they need to use our software effectively.
Successful implementation isn't just about getting software up and running. It's about helping people understand how technology can support their work, identifying practical solutions to their challenges, and creating a positive experience from the very beginning.
You'll receive training on our software, implementation processes, and member experience standards, gradually taking on greater responsibility as you become familiar with our products and approach.
If you enjoy teaching others, solving problems, building relationships, and helping organizations succeed, this could be a great fit.
Location & Working Hours
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
Candidates must be available to work Pacific or Mountain Time Zone business hours, regardless of their physical location, to support our members effectively.
