Own budgeting and financial management for AI tools, pilots, and projects — track spend, evaluate business cases, measure ROI
Own performance management: define and track KPIs for AI initiative impact, capture lessons learned, and identify optimization opportunities
Lead thought leadership on ethical, sustainable, and compliant AI practice, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and align with organizational values

Requirements
Must-Have
10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary strategy within corporate operations
Direct experience implementing AI use cases with measurable outcomes
Familiarity with the full innovation lifecycle, from ideation through scaling
Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape with hands-on collaboration experience
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Nice-to-Have
Experience working in a law firm, legal operations, or legal tech environment
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), OCR tools, or analytics platforms
Background in marketing automation, lead generation systems, or paid ads optimization
Experience with chatbots, call automation, or client intake systems
Familiarity with document automation, legal research tools, or eDiscovery platforms
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code tools
Experience building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security considerations in AI implementation
Prior experience in a consulting, operations, or innovation-focused role
