We are looking for an organized, results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join Belkins ' in-house sales team. The team is led by our Head of Sales - Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals, with BDRs generating new pipeline.

You will be paired with 1–2 Sales Executives and act as their right hand.

While they focus on selling, you will own everything that keeps a deal moving : demo preparation and follow-ups, contract preparation and tracking, HubSpot accuracy and lead segmentation, and a smooth handoff into client onboarding.

You will also run automated re-engagement campaigns to past leads on behalf of your Sales Executives through our in-house outreach platform, qualify the replies, and hand over the conversations ready to move forward. These turn old leads into new pipeline and closed deals.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in the US or Europe who work full US business hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare Sales Executives for demos and handle notes and follow-ups after every call
• Prepare contracts and track them through to signature
• Keep Hubspot clean and accurate: deal stages, notes, activities and reporting
• Segment leads and manage follow-up sequences
• Run automated re-engagement campaigns to past leads, qualify replies and hand warm conversations to your Sales Executives
• Coordinate client onboarding so delivery starts without chasing anyone
• Spot what's missing in a deal and escalate early

WHAT YOU BRING

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
• A client-facing background: sales, customer success, account management or onboarding
• Fluent, professional English (C1+), written and spoken
• Strong organization and attention to detail: nothing a buyer was promised gets lost
• Availability to work full US business hours
• NICE TO HAVE
• Sales ops experience
• Email sequencing and automation tools (HubSpot Sequences, Apollo, Lemlist or similar)
• B2B agency or SaaS background

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• The SEs you support spend more time selling and close more deals
• Old leads turn into new pipeline and closed business
• What's special about working at Belkins ?
• You'll be at the heart of a proven sales engine. Belkins has booked 250,000+ meetings for 1,000+ B2B clients, and now you'll help us win our own deals.
• Real impact on revenue. Your work shows up directly in our Sales Executives' win rate and in deals closed from leads you bring back to life.
• Ownership from A to Z. We start with "why", trust people to own their work end to end, and measure success by results.
• At Belkins , we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
• Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
• Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.

Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.

Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.

Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.

Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
