The scope of the Services covers Agile Business Analysis and functional support activities delivered in an Agile context, including business analysis, data analysis and solution clarification.
The Services are delivered as service outputs and results, not as individual roles or positions. The Supplier remains fully responsible for the organization of its resources, working methods and internal governance.
Within this scope, the Services may include stakeholder workshops; analysis and formalization of AS-IS and TO-BE processes; identification of issues and optimization opportunities; requirements engineering; change, risk and impact analysis; backlog clarification and prioritization support; functional clarification during development; functional testing and UAT support; documentation, knowledge transfer and post-Go-Live support; analysis of data from operational systems or the Datalake; management of physical or virtual data ingestion where required by the agreed service outcome; construction of analytical models; ad-hoc and exploratory analysis; and direct implementation of, or delivery guidance for, dashboards.
Mandatory Supplier Service Capabilities:
The Supplier shall ensure that the team and resources assigned to the Services collectively possess the competencies required to deliver the agreed outputs, including:
Business analysis, requirements engineering, BPMN process modeling, functional test management, data analysis, backlog management and Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
Service and product collaboration tools: Jira and Confluence.
Data analysis technologies and techniques: SQL and Python.
Business intelligence and visualization tools: Power BI and, according to the applicable technical context, Spotfire, SAP BI.
Cloud and data-processing environments: GCP, including BigQuery, Airflow and DataProc.
Version control and delivery tooling: GitLab.
Data exchange and file structures: XML, JSON and CSV.
Functional testing and test management tools, including Xray.
General understanding of information systems, system integration, servers, operating systems, databases and networks, sufficient to support analysis and solution clarification

Data and Process Analysis Deliverables:
Data analysis and investigation reports
Process analysis or process mining outputs
AS-IS and TO-BE Process Mapping, including BPMN models where applicable
Data investigation reports and ad-hoc or exploratory analysis outputs
Analytical models designed in accordance with validated business needs
Data ingestion analysis or specification outputs for physical or virtual Datalake ingestion, where applicable
Dashboards implemented directly by the Supplier or dashboard implementation guidance delivered to the relevant implementation teams
Agile and Product Support Deliverables:
Structured backlog inputs and User Stories with acceptance criteria
Sprint or iteration synthesis and delivery reports
