B3H Corporation is seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Recruiter in Talent Acquisition to lead various initiatives and support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a broad range of Department of Defense (DoD) and corporate roles. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent to meet current and future staffing needs. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, proposal teams, and senior leadership to develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives and workforce planning. This position is eligible for remote work for qualified candidates. B3H is a leader in building winning DoD and corporate teams. B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning, program management, acquisitions management, systems engineering & integration, cost analysis, training, systems requirements analysis, and instructional system design for the DoD. B3H delivers quality performance with complete government visibility and control. B3H Corporate headquarters are in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
