What this looks like day-to-day:
- → Own full-cycle recruiting for niche engineering roles (AI, fullstack, .NET, DevOps)
- → Build outbound pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Wellfound
- → Run structured screening calls — protect hiring manager time ruthlessly
- → Partner directly with the founder and engineering leadership
- You're the right fit if you:
- ✅ Have 5–8+ years in technical recruiting with senior/hard-to-fill roles
- ✅ Know your Boolean strings and X-ray search cold
- ✅ Can read an AI engineer's resume and have a real conversation about it
