Be Part of a High-Performing Team
Join an established global climate technology organization developing advanced thermal management solutions for rapidly evolving data center and semiconductor environments. The team operates at the intersection of mechanical engineering, product strategy, customer applications, innovation, and commercialization.
This group is helping define how next-generation computing infrastructure manages increasingly dense heat loads. The environment is highly collaborative and technically rigorous, with opportunities to influence system architectures that connect processors, racks, liquid cooling equipment, facility infrastructure, controls, and heat-rejection technologies.
What s In Store for You
A fully remote position with the opportunity to influence a rapidly growing data center technology portfolio.
Relocation support may be available for candidates interested in joining one of the organization s major engineering or commercial hubs.
The ability to work with product, engineering, innovation, applications, marketing, and sales leaders across the organization.
Opportunities to represent sophisticated thermal solutions in customer meetings and industry forums.
Comprehensive health and wellness programs beginning on the first day of employment.
Retirement contributions, paid time off, parental and volunteer leave, educational assistance, and professional development programs.
Domestic and occasional international travel, typically averaging 15% to 20%.
How You Will Make an Impact
Shape the product and system strategy for advanced data center thermal management solutions.
Translate evolving chip, rack, and facility cooling requirements into product roadmaps and commercial priorities.
Lead the commercialization of integrated systems involving direct-to-chip cooling, CDUs, heat exchangers, controls, chillers, hydronic infrastructure, and heat-rejection equipment.
Gather customer, market, competitive, and industry requirements to identify new system-development opportunities.
Partner with engineering and innovation teams to ensure new technologies can be successfully integrated, positioned, and adopted.
Develop technical messaging, customer presentations, product literature, digital content, training materials, and sales enablement tools.
Influence equipment and controls roadmaps by representing system-level customer needs.
