About The Team You'll Join
We're a company of thinkers, doers, problem-solvers, builders, and patient advocates. People who see a gap and close it, not wait for someone else to.
You'll work cross-functionally, connected to a mission that touches clinical operations, technology, and patient care at every turn.
At Axil Health , you join a small team where your work is visible, your voice counts, and your judgment shapes how things get built, not just how they run.
Who Does Well Here
People thrive at Axil Health when they're motivated by the actual outcome of the work: helping patients manage chronic conditions and stay connected to care between visits. This isn't a fast-growth tech culture chasing headcount for its own sake. It's a small, mission-driven team where individual contributions are visible and accountability matters.
The strongest fits tend to be people who:
Care about the patient behind the data point. Whether you're in clinical operations, care navigation, or support functions, the work touches real people managing real health conditions.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and building, not just maintaining. We're still defining processes in many areas, so people who can bring structure without waiting to be told exactly how do well.
Communicate directly and kindly. We value people who raise issues early, give and receive feedback without drama, and treat colleagues with respect even under pressure.
Take ownership without needing constant oversight, self-direction matters as much as collaboration.
Stay curious. Healthcare and patient monitoring technology both evolve quickly, and people who keep learning keep up.
