We’re building the next generation of atrain : four trainees, one cohort, twelve months. Three of you learn the consulting profession from every angle in our customer teams: design, facilitation and project management. One of you learns how a consulting company runs from the inside, across Marketing & Sales, Finance, HR and IT, and gets to know the consulting profession on the way.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to learn consulting.
We’re looking for someone who wants to become really good at it, fast.

02 Make Groups Work What does it take to lead a room of tired, sceptical or very opinionated people to a decision? Facilitation is a craft. You’ll practise it until the room is yours.
