The Role
As a Talent Sourcer at Kofi Group, youll be on the front lines of our search process. Your mission will be to find, engage, and qualify software engineering candidates for our portfolio of startup clients. Youll partner closely with our recruitment team, leveraging both traditional and creative sourcing methods to uncover hidden talent.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, client needs, and candidate personas for highly technical positions (e.g., backend engineers, full stack engineers, infrastructure, AI/ML, product management).
