ACCOUNT MANAGER

Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Account Managers to join our Account Development Team. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining, growing, and expanding existing client relationships while actively onboarding and cultivating new business opportunities. You will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring satisfaction, driving adoption of our products and services, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.

This role is focused exclusively on daily client engagement and inside sales —not on operational or delivery execution. As a key contributor to the company’s growth, your compensation will include a backloaded, performance-based incentive plan directly tied to your success in achieving KPIs such as retention, revenue growth, upsell performance, and client satisfaction.
