Why Asendia AI?
Asendia AI is one of the fastest-growing AI startups not only in the US, but also in Europe and we're just getting started. We've closed deals with some of the top staffing firms in the country, launched in the healthcare space and others, and are seeing massive inbound interest.
Backed by deep tech, human-AI innovation, and a founding team with global experience (ex-Google, Microsoft, Infineon, TUM), we’re building a new kind of AI recruiter one that doesn't just screen candidates, but actually understands them.
Our mission is simple: to redefine how recruitment works . Not optimize it. Not patch it. Redefine it.
What are we up to?
Recruitment has been broken for decades. Too many resumes. Too little insight.
So we flipped the script.
At Asendia, jobseekers have real conversations with Sarah , our conversational AI recruiter. Sarah engages talent, understands their goals, skills, and passions, and builds structured candidate profiles that are 10x more insightful than a resume.
Staffing agencies and recruiters use Asendia to assess candidates faster, filter top talent instantly, and hire with confidence all in just a few clicks.
And we’re just getting started. We’re launching voice-based interviews, integrations with top ATSs like Tracker, and onboarding high-volume staffing firms weekly.
Why should you join?
Because the engine is built. The product works. The market is hungry.
We’re scaling fast, and we need a high-agency founding AE to lead the charge on revenue.
Join to:
✅ Sell a product customers love
✅ Own the entire sales cycle from scratch
✅ Work side-by-side with the founders
✅ Shape our go-to-market strategy and culture
✅ Be a true founder, not just an employee
This is a career-defining opportunity . You’ll be the face of sales and the spark behind our next 100 customers. If you’ve ever wanted to take a shot at building a unicorn, this is it.
What you'll do:
Own full-cycle sales: outbound prospecting, running demos, negotiating, and closing Build sales processes, messaging, and playbooks that others will follow Collaborate directly with founders on pitch iterations, pricing, ICP strategy Experiment with outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, video DMs; all fair game) Stay close to the customer: gather feedback, influence product roadmap Set up and manage CRM and reporting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) Attend key events, webinars, and drive partnerships where needed This isn’t a sales job, it’s a startup founder in a revenue seat.
You're a great fit if you're:
A builder. You don’t just follow scripts, you write them.
A closer. You love the high of a signed deal.

A recruiter whisperer. Bonus points if you’ve sold to staffing firms or RPOs.
Looking for real impact. You want to shape the company, not just sell for it.
Why shouldn't you apply?
You want rigid structure, set quotas, and predictable hours You need a fully-built CRM, training program, or onboarding guide You’re not curious about AI, recruitment, or building something new You want “safe”, this is a high-reward, high-autonomy role What’s in it for you?
Competitive salary + commissions Founding equity : you grow, we grow Work directly with the founders and influence every major decision Remote-first, async-friendly, high-trust culture Real autonomy, no red tape The chance to make hiring radically better for millions of people Originally posted on Himalayas
