FiduciaryxChange, by AmericanTCS, provides complete Fiduciary governance to inspire participants to save for a dignified retirement defining a retirement plan standard of excellence. This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and In-service distribution. They will follow a 7 step protocol to make sure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.
