CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Two CEO roles. Both India. Both remote. INR 75 to 90 LPA.

Two global, mission-driven organisations and partners of Arthan are each hiring a CEO in India.

These are not operating roles. They are institution-building mandates with a global board or founder behind them, real traction already in place, and a clear expectation: take it to the next level.

What both roles demand:

• You have led large, distributed teams and built culture without a shared office.
• You have raised institutional funding over multiple years, with amounts that grew.
• You are credible with funders, governments and boards, and you close with all three.
• You build leadership benches, not dependence on yourself.
• You have a calling for product and technology thinking and scale. You do not need to be an engineer.
• If you are a senior leader ready to run an organisation rather than a function, these are worth a conversation.
