Change Release Coordinator

Coordination of the operational changes and releases of all live service elements, with focus on planning, coordination of resources and activities, and version controlling, whilst maintaining quality and minimising risk.

Ensuring that Release and Change Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are reported, and their targets are met.

Coordinating with DevSecOps Engineers and other technical teams for deployments, automation improvements and release optimisation.

Collaborating with project and operational teams to ensure effective system change and release implementation.

Assisting in support models set up and in managing transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model.

Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, 3rd parties, etc. to ensure timely change and release implementation and contractual fulfilment, when applicable.
