UX & Product Consutlant

The opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced UX & Product Consultant to help us take our digital products to the next level as they scale across the SWANA region, Europe, and the US.

This is not simply a UI design role. We’re looking for someone who can look at the entire product through the eyes of the user and the business — from discovering an event and exploring the experience, to purchasing a ticket, receiving it, and coming back for the next one.

You’ll work closely with the client product, technology, business, marketing, and design teams to identify friction, uncover opportunities, improve conversion and retention, and shape the next generation of Tzkrti — including our upcoming user mobile app.
