AI-Engineering. Du formst mit, wie wir mit AI Software bauen — Skills, Hooks, Sub-Agents, Eval-Pipelines in unserem Setup. Claude Code ist unser Standard-Werkzeug.
Plattform-Architektur. Du gestaltest die Architektur end-to-end über unsere gesamte Plattform mit — Frontend wie Backend, ein Team, ein gemeinsamer Task-Pool, keine Produkt-Silos.
Du x CTO. Direkter Draht für Architektur-Roadmap, Stack-Entscheidungen und AI-Strategie. Diskussionspartner auf Augenhöhe.
