Why ADN? Join the American Data Network family and become part of an established, purpose-driven healthcare quality organization with more than 30 years of experience. At ADN, our work supports hospitals and healthcare clients in improving quality, patient safety, and clinical outcomes. We value integrity, accuracy, collaboration, and professionalism, and we are looking for experienced abstractors who take pride in producing high-quality work.

Position Summary: American Data Network is seeking experienced NSQIP-Peds Registry Abstractors to support accurate and timely surgical registry abstraction for assigned healthcare clients. This role is ideal for candidates with recent, hands-on NSQIP-Peds abstraction experience who can independently review clinical documentation, apply registry specifications, and meet assigned deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

Screening & Onboarding:

Qualified candidates will complete an initial phone screen to evaluate qualifications and proof of certification.

ADN does not provide NSQIP-Peds abstraction training, so candidates should already have the registry experience needed for the role. After hire, ADN provides onboarding to ADN processes, client systems, EHR access, documentation tendencies, and other client-specific workflows.

Why This Role May Be a Good Fit: This position may be a strong fit for experienced NSQIP-Peds abstractors who enjoy independent work, flexible scheduling, registry-based chart review, healthcare quality reporting, and contributing to meaningful work that supports hospitals and patient care. ADN offers a knowledgeable and supportive team environment, multiple registry opportunities, and potential growth into lead or expanded quality roles for strong performers.
