SAP HCM Consultant with Benefits Module

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM ECC Benefits Lead with strong hands-on configuration expertise to support ongoing HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Benefits Administration within SAP ECC HCM , ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP HCM Benefits module (Health, Insurance, Savings, and Flexible Spending Plans).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Manage testing, defect resolution, and production support for Benefits processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Time Management teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide system documentation, user training, and functional specifications for enhancements.
• Participate in workshops, design sessions, and cutover activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP HCM functional experience with at least 3+ years focused on Benefits configuration .
• Strong understanding of Benefits Plans, Eligibility, and Enrollment processing .
• Hands-on experience in Open Enrollment, Life Events, and Benefits Interface management .
• Knowledge of integration with Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA HCM compatibility pack preferred.
