Chief Financial Officer

• This is a remote position.
• ØDevelop financial strategies by contributing financial and accounting processes and analysis.
• ØEstablish operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, designing systems and resolving problems.
• ØMonitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing impact of variances.
• ØProvide leadership and credibility in the Finance group by providing accurate analysis of budgets and financial forecasts.
• ØProvide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• ØEstablish and develop good working relations with management.
• ØManage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.

Requirements

• ØBachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related course.
• ØCPA license is a plus.
• ØMust have extensive experience handling Accounting and Finance Departments.
• ØStrong analytical skills and results-driven personality.
• ØAbility to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
• ØExceptional time management and ability to resolve issues under pressure.
