Accountant

• This is a remote position.
• ØPerform daily accounting tasks such as properly recording ledger entries, payments and adjustments.
• ØProcess payments.
• ØPerform daily monitoring of banking activities.
• ØPrepare financial reports.
• ØConduct reconciliation reports such as cash flow, bank statements, etc.
• ØOversee the company’s financial data and ensure that the company is in compliance with legal requirements.
• ØDevelop systems by establishing and defining policies and procedures for financial transactions.
• ØVerify, allocate, and post transactions on a daily basis or as needed.
• ØContribute to team effort by accomplishing results as defined on the task at hand.
• ØPerform other related tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements

• ØBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• ØExperience in handling global financial accounts.
• ØCan produce work with high level of accuracy.
• ØProficient with accounting systems.
• ØExcellent math and communication skills.
• ØProfessionalism and organization skills.
• ØMust be responsible and understands accountability within his / her own projects.
