About Allied Roofing Partners

Allied Roofing Partners is a fast-growing network of roofing companies united by a shared mission — to build strong businesses, strong teams, and strong communities. Through strategic acquisitions and people-focused leadership, we’re redefining what it means to be part of a modern roofing organization. Our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation drives everything we do, and we take pride in creating lasting partnerships with our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

About the Role

At Allied Roofing Partners , our HR team is more than a support function — we are strategic partners who help our companies build strong teams, solve complex people challenges, and create workplaces where employees genuinely enjoy coming to work. As our organization continues to grow across the country, the HR Manager plays an important role in supporting leaders and employees across multiple locations.

This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work, thinking proactively, and bringing solutions to the table. Our HR department is known for being energetic, supportive, and just a little bit quirky — we work hard, solve problems quickly, and genuinely enjoy building great workplaces together. If you are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values professionalism but also enjoys being part of a team that has fun while getting things done, you’ll fit right in here.
