Follow up on missed or canceled appointments and reschedule promptly
Confirm appointments were completed and document outcomes in our case management system (FileVine)
Communicate status updates and hand-offs to the Client Representative and Case Management teams
Keep clear, accurate, timely notes on every client interaction
Handle sensitive conversations with patience and empathy, since many clients are recovering from injuries and under stress
What You Need:

This could be scheduling, patient access, call center, or customer service work Strong phone presence: warm, patient, and professional with anxious or frustrated callers Excellent organization and follow-up; you close loops and don’t let appointments fall through the cracks Comfort learning new software and managing a high volume of scheduling tasks Ability to protect confidential client and health information High school diploma or equivalent
