About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and evolve the technology platform supporting our agricultural carbon programs.
This is a hands-on engineering position with significant technical ownership. You will develop solutions across our full technology stack, including React applications, TypeScript/Node.js services, databases, and AWS infrastructure.
Working closely with Product Management, the Senior Engineering Manager, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business and scientific requirements into reliable, maintainable software.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, making sound technical decisions, and taking ownership of solutions from initial discovery through production support. You will also contribute to engineering standards, architectural decisions, and the technical growth of the team.
