Responsibilities
Advise on a wide range of legal and commercial matters in Blockchain technology, Investment, and Compliance.
Collaborate with external counsel and other attorneys worldwide, including in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the EU, and the US, to provide compliance and regulatory analysis and advice for international business initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex investment agreements, professional services agreements, and other general commercial agreements.
