Job responsibilities:

Oversee, plan and direct sales function for all product offerings maximising the potential sales volume and profit.

Develop a sales strategy for a rapidly growing company and execute on its goals and objectives including a strong project pipeline for near, mid-term and long-term sales potential Think strategically about how to approach new business partnerships across multiple channels Translate business strategy into clear and locally executable plans and focus resources accordingly within their respective customers Create, develop, and drive execution of concise, meaningful, and digestible communications and programs that motivate success across a global network of Sales Representatives Understands the dynamics of each respective customer from multiple angles and provides insight and direction to develop solutions that promote and build the brand.
