Duties & Responsibilities
Project management, prepare time and cost estimates, handle billing and other finance activities related to project deliverables Requirements gathering and analysis for new system enhancements Provide effort estimation and timeline for various phases (DEV,SIT, UAT, PRD) of bugs/enhancements Lead the offshore team and coordinate on the development of enhancements System Integration testing of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 features used by the client Support User Acceptance Testing across different HCM modules Development/Enhancement of existing as well as new functionalities Analyze and identify clients PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 enhancements and functionalities during application upgrade Coordinate with offshore team for retrofitting of identified enhancements in HCM 9.2 version during application upgrade Provide functional support for Core HR modules Qualification Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
