Who We Are

At Mosaic , we believe humanity is the starting point to every solution.

In a world where technology is moving faster than ever, people are looking for authentic connections they can trust. That's where we come in. We create human-centered experiences that bring brands and consumers together in meaningful ways, transforming audiences into advocates and moments into measurable business results.

We're an outcomes-obsessed experiential agency that helps brands build stronger connections with customers, communities, partners, and employees. From large-scale consumer activations and retail experiences to executive events, conferences, sponsorships, sampling programs, and B2B engagements, experiential marketing is at the core of what we do.

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building client relationships, and knows how to turn great ideas into flawlessly executed programs.

The Senior Account Manager is a strategic leader, trusted advisor, problem solver, and client champion.

You'll be responsible for leading a portfolio of experiential marketing programs from brief through execution, managing client relationships, guiding internal teams, overseeing budgets, and ensuring every deliverable meets Mosaic's standards for creativity, operational excellence, and measurable impact.

• Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.
