Senior Research Law Librarian, Remote East Coast Hours, Project Based

The Senior Research Librarian provides research and reference to attorneys and staff. This role emphasizes excellent client service, cost management, and collaboration in knowledge management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver legal and non-legal research, reference, and document retrieval services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

3-5 years legal reference and research experience, preferable in mid to large law firm or comparable environment.

MLS/MLIS Strong research skills with the ability to think critically about tools and methodologies, conduct cost-effective and efficient searches, and clearly communicate findings Proficient in legal, business, scientific and general research resources, including platforms as Westlaw, Practical Law, Lexis, Bloomberg Law, VitalLaw Knowledge of other tools such as Checkpoint, Docket Navigator, PitchBooks, and others, skilled in setting up current awareness and litigation alerts.
