We Are:
We are Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T), and we design and execute industry-relevant reinventions that allow organizations to realize exceptional business value from technology. Our vision is to become the world’s leading advisors in harnessing technology and innovation as a force to reinvent and improve every business. As AI fundamentally reshapes how organizations compete, operate, and create value, we help leaders make the strategic technology choices required to turn new capabilities into enterprise advantage. Our mission is to help client business executives disrupt their industry and utilize technology to capture market share.
The Enterprise Architecture practice serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders by helping organizations define and implement the technology architectures that drive business value, manage complexity, and accelerate IT modernization. The rapid advancement of AI is fundamentally changing the pace and nature of that work by compressing transformation timelines, introducing new layers of architectural complexity, and pushing leaders to rethink how their technology estates are structured, governed, and evolved. Our practitioners must now extend beyond multi-year planning to architect solutions that learn, adapt, and scale alongside an ever-changing technology landscape. We help clients navigate this new reality by building a clear, business-driven vision of their target state architecture and developing practical roadmaps that account for both near-term AI opportunity and long-term structural resilience. Our Enterprise Architects bring industry-leading principles and methods across technology, data and analytics, security, cloud, and platform architecture to shape the technology agenda and embed EA as a core enabler of business strategy. This includes helping clients integrate intelligent capabilities into their architecture practice, using AI to sharpen analysis, accelerate decisions, and future-proof their technology foundations.
