Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations, including architecture design across Work Orders, Assets, Scheduling, Mobility, Inventory, and Technician Enablement.
Architect scalable, API-driven integrations between Salesforce and ERP, billing, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, asset systems, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC), ensuring clear system-of-record alignment.
Define and govern technical architecture standards, including clean-core principles, data models, event-driven frameworks, integration sequencing, and DevOps strategy.
Drive pre-sales solutioning: lead RFP responses, architecture design, effort estimation, risk identification, assumption documentation, demos, and executive client presentations.
