As a Talent Partner at A-Players , you act as a business-facing hiring operator. You own client relationships end-to-end and are responsible for delivering high-impact hires that shape companies — not just fill headcount. You work in an AI-native way to analyze roles, markets, and candidates beyond surface signals and make high-quality hiring decisions.
You’ll work directly with founders and C-level leaders , run complex searches across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership, and represent A-Players as a trusted hiring partner.
